How can I use inquiry-based learning to become a better leader?

How can I use IBL to become better engaged with 'realities' (mine and others)?

Sophie:

For our module assignment within 'managing change', we had to write three inquiry questions.  However, by the end of the module my inquiry questions had changed, they had evolved, because of what I had experienced at work and during the module.

How to sustain/expand in ways that inhabit space differently?

Alongside and within existing structures

How to make most effective use of/expand spaces and energies available?

How to inhabit my role differently to expectations so as to sustain inquiry...with colleagues/students.

Bob:

What are my preconceptions?  How can I see things differently?
