Guidelines for Authors of Papers for Online Conference Proceedings
We very much look forward to including your paper in the Online Proceedings of LTEA2008. We invite full paprs from presenters of indvidual papers, papers presented in symposia, and workshop presentations where these can be developed for scholarly/research paper format.
Deadline
The deadline for receipt of papers is September 30th 2008.

Please submit your paper in accordance with the guidelines provided here, using the template document below.

Email your formatted paper to ltea2008@shef.ac.uk as a MS Word (.doc) or RTF (.rtf) file, named as AuthornameLTEA2008.doc or .rtf
Abstract
100-150 words, summarising the paper, as appropriate: topic, research/evaluation methodology and methods, findings/reflection/discussion, key conclusions.
Keywords
Provide up to five keywords.
Styles and font
Please keep fromatting simple, using the styles and font in the template document. Please proof-read your document for typographic, spelling and grammatical accuracy before submission.
The template is based on Arial 11 point for body text. Please use 1.5 line-spacing. Do not indent paragraphs. Left-justify. Separate paragraphs with double spacing.
Images and hyperlinks
Send any images, including diagrams, as separate files, as well as include them in the body of the document. Each figure or table in the document should be numbered and given a brief caption, positioned above it. Since the Proceedings will be accessed online, via the web, it will be possible to include hyperlinks; please give the full URLs for all the hyperlinks to be included.
Word length
Papers should be between 3,000-4,000 words in length, and should not exceed 4,000, excluding abstract and references.
Citations and references
Use in-text citations and reference format following the Harvard Referencing Guide produced by the University of Sheffield Library. See also the Library's additional Guidance on Electronic Sources.
Copyright
Include a copyright notice at the end of the paper, in the format: © Susan Smith, 2008.
